2. Help Desk - Saturdays 9:30-5:00 (12-12:30 call 713-742-3978)
3. Census Update - Katie and Alice
4. Time and Attendance
5. Shut down I-Pad
6. Hotspots.
1. Check for working - connect to a wi-fi device (i.e.phone, etc)
2. If broken
1. check out to location repair account.
2. call IT get ticket #
3. place in: HIL-in managers office, RIN-top of computer cabinet
7. Print previews - ask if customer wants to preview (do not personally view materials)

Good Afternoon!

1. Check Ring Phone daily and report any issues.
2. Shelf Reading - very important to follow the Shelf Reading Log.
3. City equipment use - every key stroke recorded, personal devices access to city services can be requested. 
4. All Sirsi information is private! Not to be used for PITS.
5. Sirsi pin #s will not be available for staff to view soon.
6. Audio book lost disc cost - $7 per disc.
7. Friends take electronics.
