Last Thursday we had Libby Pham speak at Ring Neighborhood Library about Care Connection and what that means for you. This wonderful group provides many resources for aging gracefully and people with disabilities. They will help you organize medication and give you counseling for that medication. Care Connection with help you with navigating Medicare and Medicaid and are a wonderful consumer resource.
