Hi all,

There's a new procedure to access the Intranet. Please see the steps below. This was sent in an e-mail from IT this morning...

Greetings HPL Team,

We have made some changes to the way you access the intranet.

Simply follow these steps:

To access the intranet (in-house and remote):
·     Type in houstonlibrary.libguides.com
·     Click on “Reset Password” button;

·     Enter your COH Outlook email address and click on the “Reset Password” button;

·     Check your COH Outlook email for a message from do-not-reply@libapps.com;
·     Click on the “Reset my password” link;

·     Create your new password. You only have to do this once.
·     Then click on “Return to login”.

·     Proceed to log in to your account;

Click on the URL to access the intranet.

You can now access all areas of the intranet and the training portal.

Tips:
  • Bookmark the site on your staff computer as well as shared staff computers.
  • If you are using a shared staff computer, you don’t have to log out since the login is not connected to any personal information.
  • If your COH email is not recognized, send us an email.

If you have any questions, please contact the HelpDesk.

This message has been approved for system-wide distribution by Rick Peralez, Assistant Director of Digital Strategies.
