04/26/2018 Staff Meeting

Here are the notes from the Staff Meeting

1. HEAR - Keep sending monthly reports (use the Google Document on the Blog)
1. HEAR Work Progress Report #3 this week.
2. KRONOS - We are now shorthanded - all requests will be reviewed. 
1. Not all requests can be approved - must have coverage at both locations.
2. On the 15's please and 1 hr for lunch breaks.
3. Continue to scan all "Mark as Used" items - numbers reported dropped district wide.
4. Thank you for your input on our new schedule starting August 1.
1. We will be having a full staff meeting in May - TBA.
5. Super job working with tax information.
6. Thanks for understanding increased work load as we continue to have staff retire/move on to a new opportunities/transferred to other locations!!!
